馃馅墨宝传情 蛋趣增进中波友谊

4月18日晚,波黑驻华大使西尼沙·贝尔扬(H.E. Sinisa Berjan)于北京京八大楼,为首次来华家人设宴,学者书画家钟斌炳受邀。

晚宴上,钟斌炳带来的陕西子洲老周家馃馅引人关注。此非遗美食传承六百年,始于明代永乐年间。钟斌炳介绍,1947年4月7日周恩来总理转战陕北,在子洲周硷尝过并称赞。馃馅有红枣、五仁馅,传统工艺制作,是子洲节庆婚嫁必备。大使品尝后赞“味道很棒”。

品尝完,钟斌炳赠大使“中波友谊”楷书作品。大使喜爱中国书法,接过便合影,还称期待去陕北子洲。

交谈时,大使说“明天是波黑传统节日,有撞蛋习俗”,并邀钟斌炳体验。众人拿彩蛋相撞,碰撞声与笑声中,交流添趣。

At the dinner, the Guoxian pastries from Lao Zhou's family in Zizhou, Shaanxi, brought by Zhong Binbing, attracted attention. This intangible cultural heritage food has a history of 600 years, dating back to the Yongle period of the Ming Dynasty. Zhong Binbing introduced that on April 7th, 1947, Premier Zhou Enlai, while making his way through northern Shaanxi, tasted the pastries in Zhoujian, Zizhou, and praised them. The Guoxian pastries feature fillings of red dates and a five - nut mixture, crafted using traditional techniques, and are essential for festivals, weddings, and other occasions in Zizhou. After tasting them, the ambassador praised, "They taste great."

After the tasting, Zhong Binbing presented the ambassador with a regular - script calligraphy work reading "China - Bosnia and Herzegovina Friendship". The ambassador, an enthusiast of Chinese calligraphy, took a photo with it immediately upon receiving it and expressed his anticipation of visiting Zizhou in northern Shaanxi.

During the conversation, the ambassador said, "Tomorrow is a traditional Bosnian and Herzegovinian holiday with an egg - tapping custom." He then invited Zhong Binbing to experience it. Everyone took colored eggs and tapped them against each other. Amid the sounds of collision and laughter, their exchanges became more interesting.
